Medical Subsidies Offered By Government

by | Jul 24, 2024 | A Better Tomorrow, Financial Services/Grants

Understanding that healthcare is a basic need and is even more so important in an ageing society like Singapore, the government provides different tiers of subsidies across primary to tertiary healthcare to keep medical expenses affordable. Creating a network of policies and support systems is definitely taking a step in the right direction.

The amount of subsidy granted is based on one’s residency status and the government has taken a safety net approach where a combination of government subsidies ensures that one would be able to pay for their own healthcare.
