You might not get snow or reindeers, but Christmas in Singapore is as big as any other celebration during the year. This is the season for families to enjoy together and especially so for seniors. Partaking in festive activities could be a way for seniors to bond with each other and also with their caregivers.
Christmas is a time of love and joy – the celebration of Christmas is important as it helps foster a sense of belonging, rekindles good memories and keeps feelings of loneliness and isolation at bay. This works wonders for one’s mental health, spending quality time and creating memories together.
