As one approaches their silver years, one would likely choose to age gracefully with dignity and stay as healthy as possible. However, we know for a fact that that might not always be the case. Thankfully, there are opportunities around which supports seniors and allows seniors to make the best out of their silver years. From courses which offer tips on how to manage one’s medical conditions to activities organised specially for seniors to interact with other seniors, there are a plethora of courses and workshops to help seniors make the best out of their silver years.
Here, we shortlist some upcoming courses and workshops that are catered towards supporting seniors in their silver years:

Growing Needs grew out of our own encounters with caring for our aging parents and reflecting on the Growing Needs that we ourselves would face as we advance in years. We hope to build a community that will learn, share and contribute towards caring for the growing needs of our loved ones.
